Complete the online application Submit your application through the secure online portal. The form takes only a few minutes and helps Woodcroft understand your academic background and program goals.
Submit academic transcripts Upload digital copies of official transcripts from all previously attended high schools, colleges, or universities. Transcripts must be issued directly by the institution or sent electronically through an approved secure provider. Student-uploaded or altered documents are considered unofficial until verified.
Provide optional test scores (if applicable) Woodcroft University follows a test-optional admissions model. Applicants may submit SAT/ACT or other standardized test scores if they believe it strengthens their application.
English language proficiency (for international applicants) Students whose previous education was not in English may need to submit TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, or equivalent scores.

Requirements for Transfer Students

1
Students with fewer than 15 transferable credits Applicants with fewer than 15 credits will be evaluated under standard undergraduate admission requirements, including transcript review and optional test scores.
2
Students with 15 or more transferable credits Applicants with 15+ transferable semester credits must hold a minimum GPA of 2.0 or higher, submit official transcripts from all prior institutions, and meet program-specific academic expectations. Transfer credits are evaluated individually to determine eligibility toward degree requirements.
3
Academic probation review Applicants who do not meet GPA minimums may be considered for conditional admission and reviewed by the Academic Appeals Committee.

General Admission Requirements

A
Application & transcript request Complete and sign the application for admission and the transcript request form for all institutions previously attended. Ask your admission counselor for assistance if needed.
B
Official transcript handling Official transcripts are valid only if sent directly from the high school or college to Woodcroft University. Transcripts sent to the applicant are considered unofficial.
C
Test scores when required If required, request that official ACT or SAT scores are sent to the Office of Admission.

Academic appeals will not be reviewed more than one academic semester prior to the student's desired start date. All academic appeals are due by the end of business day prior to the first day of the semester. Appeals received after the deadline will be reviewed for the following semester.

Please note: test scores such as ACT or SAT may be required for specific scholarship consideration, athletic eligibility through the NAIA, admission to specific programs, and will be considered by the Academic Appeals Committee for academic appeals.

Academic Appeals

Appeals regarding admission decisions must be submitted before the start of the applicant's intended term. Appeals received after the deadline will be reviewed for a future semester.

Scholarship / Program-Specific Requirements

Some programs or scholarships may require additional documentation, higher academic standing, or supplemental assessments and evaluations. These requirements will be communicated by the admissions counselor during the review process.
